I worked with Liz when managing a complex charity closure and transition. Liz provided excellent HR and employment advice, developed processes and policies to meet business need, and worked with me to find solutions to challenging issues. Liz enabled us to substantially reduce legal risks whilst being empathetic and responsive to the evolving context. I really valued Liz’s flexibility and personal support to me and would highly recommend her to anyone navigating a complex restructure or change process.
