Interested in becoming an interims for impact associate?

Most of our postings are for Interim CEOs, but we also place on occasion interim FDs, HR and Operations senior leaders. Please be aware that due to unprecedented interest, there is a wait of some weeks to join.

If interested in joining as an interim CEO, please complete our interim CEO survey. 

We also welcome interim expertise in a range of other areas, for both interim and project-based work. We are currently seeking interim Finance Directors. If you hold financial qualifications and are looking for these kinds of roles, please complete our FD/CFO survey.

We have currently paused new HR associates, operations associates and other specialisms due to a sufficient associate pool.

For those who complete a form, successful applicants will be invited to book an introductory vetting interview, and may then be invited to join the group where we share opportunities.

What support is provided?

Every Associate has access to bespoke support throughout each assignment: whatever works for them.

Whether it’s a sounding board, some expert advice, help with working through a dilemma, letting off steam in a safe space, or navigating organisational politics, you will have regular calls with someone who knows exactly what it’s like to have been in the hot seat.

You’ll also be part of a community that is there to help or listen when you need it, anytime.
