Board Support 

Strong governance and an effective Board are critical for sustainable leadership. We work directly with boards, Trustees, and Chairs to improve governance, strengthen decision-making, and build resilience.

This includes:

  • Board Effectiveness reviews to assess strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement (prices start from £3,500+VAT for 10 consultees)
  • Chair support calls starting at £75+VAT per half hour 
  • E-learning for Trustees on Introductory Governance (£75 including VAT per head) and Closures (£90 including VAT per head)
  • Board training and development for Trustees and senior staff (prices start from £350+VAT for a one-hour training introductory session and up to £1,500+VAT for a bespoke, collaboratively-designed all-day workshop).
  • Individual appraisal processes for Trustees (prices start from £2,250+VAT for ten Trustees)
  • Policy and process reviews to strengthen governance frameworks
  • Facilitation of Board meetings, workshops and away days to improve decision-making (£1,500+VAT for a full day event)
