About Us
Interims for Impact was founded by Felicia Willow, an experienced interim CEO and charity governance expert, to fill a gap in the charity sector. After eight leadership appointments, Felicia noticed how many charities successfully overcome short-term crises through interim leadership but failed to build the Board resilience that would help them avoid falling into crisis in the future.
Our approach ensures Boards and leadership strengthen together, solving today’s problems while building resilient charities for tomorrow.
